I heard a lot of this from another mentor that followed Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn you know a lot of self-help teachers out there talking about this, I'm a big believer on this and I talked about it before on my You Tube channel. But I want to expand a little bit more on it because I think it's really really powerful. Now we all basically bullshit ourselves in some way. That's the reality of it.
