The show is based on the Stephen King novel. The show's 1988 opening on Broadway is widely regarded as one of the biggest and costliest disasters in Broadway history- but the show was revised in 2012 and is much more highly regarded today. We will talk about the complicated history of the show, the considerable technical challenges which it poses, and what it has been like for the students to take on this show.

20/09/2023 Duration: 46minBest-selling author Sy Montgomery and award-winning illustrator Matt Patterson have collaborated on a beautiful and moving book titled "Of Time and Turtles: Mending the World, Shell by Shattered Shell." The book springs primarily from their experience volunteering for Turtle Rescue League, an organization devoted to rescuing turtles, nursing injured turtles back to health, and trying to safeguard their survival. We are told a great deal about this beautiful creatures, of which there are more than 300 varieties, and which constitute the single most endangered major animal group in the world.
