If your goal is to have a nice sized portfolio you need process in place as One Offs will slow your grow and stunt your business success.

The number one question I get at California Speaking Engagements is about out of state investing and all the double digit returns.  I think it can produce great returns but it can also turn out horribly wrong if the economy turns hard.

If you have 1 or 100 units Reserves matter as you need to be able to hold on to properties regardless of what needs to be repaired or series of things need to be repaired.

Graham is a legend in the YouTube World with 500K+ Followers (How does one do that? No idea).  Sorry I digress, what attracted me to his channel was his Frugality and Living Below his means as he built his Rental Portfolio One at a Time (Sound Familiar?). He just did a video on his Channel about Property Managers and Are they Worth it, I love it but thought I should add my spin as a Busy Professional may not have had the same time to double check their work.

I love speaking at Real Estate Groups and telling the One Rental at a Time Story.  However equally fun is when I get asked to create new content and tackle a new subject like Private Money and what I think keys growth.
