This week, Jeremy does a “Mythbusting” segment on EV’s with GM’s Derek Sequeria. Mike reviews the Lexus RX500h F Sport. Mike answers questions on CVT transmission maintenance. Ford’s Scott Rumfield speaks to us about an employee veterans program called Team Rubicon.

Mike and Jeremy discuss EV sales problems, the definition of a UX vehicle, and Car thefts are up! Mike reviews the 2024 Hyundai Kona and interviews Melvyn Bautista from Hyundai about the Kona. They wrap up the news segment with a story of Honda/Acura adopting Tesla's NACS Charging Plug (and their network of chargers) And FORD CEO Jim Farly's Uncomfortable Route 66 EV Road Trip where finding fast chargers was a problem. Farley later said they would also be looking at using the TESLA NACS Standard Plug. I GUESS Tesla and Mr Musk are smarter than they thought.
