This is an entrepreneurial story of a great office administrator learning from her great brokers, Gene and Russell McGuire. Melody Mullen was the Administrator of  EXIT Realty Lubbock.  Her husband, Todd, who dreamed of having his own roofing company, would come to the training at the real estate company, and found the courage to take the leap, and start LBK Roofing.  With help from the EXIT agents, Todd's business took off and Melody chose to become the Administrator of their new business.  With the addition of Seth Vaughan, the roofing company is not only in Lubbock but in other major markets in Texas growing like a tumbleweed.
