Q U E S T I O N  T H R E E Allow yourself time this week to rest in the knowledge that we have nothing to gain and nothing to lose, we are loved unconditionally. “Success is becoming the person God calls you to become, and doing what God calls you to do - in his way and according to His timetable.” Are there areas of your life where you are striving for success? Do you need to let go of them?

Lauren challenged us to reflect on what Pete Scarzzero refers to as God's three phases of processing grief and loss: O N E  Pay attention to pain What are you angry about? (a betrayal, a hurtful word, unanswered prayer, not being able to fix a situation....etc) T W O Wait in the confusing in-between What are you sad about? (a loss of any size or form, a disappointment... etc) What are you anxious about? (finances, health, business, family...etc) T H R E E Allow the old to give birth to the new What are you glad about?

Set yourself reminders throughout the day to remember that every part is sacred and that life with Jesus is a constant conversation.
