Synopsis
Hear Candid Conversations with wedding professionals as well as couples. Stories, insights and tips from inside the wedding industry. Weddings days are so much more than the I Do's! As creative entrepreneurs not only are we working hard for our couples (and each other) on their day, but we know the countless hours spent on the days leading up to them. Many of us are solo creatives and often find ourselves feeling alone, dealing with the struggles of finding more clients, keeping current clients happy, & generating an income, as well as a finding that sweet spot of work-life balance. Well chat about how to be authentic and that its okay not to be perfect or follow the crowd and run your business like another vendors IG/nine squares. Yes, running a business that understands and reflects that putting people at the forefront can still make a profit. Our individual talents all bring value to this industry and it is a privilege to serve our clients during this chapter of their lives. Together well discuss how to avoid burn out and the guilt from being away from our own families and missing out on those weekend moments! Wedding pros become our weekend families, so lets exchange experiences, funny stories, wedding day mishaps, and more. When we share what we know and have learned, we feel less isolated-- or that we are failing. During these conversations, my hope is that there will be life and business lessons that benefit all of us. Join us with an open heart, no pre-judgements, and lets have some real honest talk about our community and industry; the good, bad, and the ugly, the happy and sad tears! The more we share on how we got here, & what keeps us going, then the more we can cheer each other on and build a community and foundational teamwork we can all be proud of. One that makes us all better able to be of service to our couples and families, as well as have careers where were able to support ourselves and take pride doing so.These conversations will take us all into the wedding weekend a little more confidently, and proud of what we do and how we serve, as well as being better business people that have more family time. Simply put, BE FABBO!Copyright Bobbi Brinkman Photography LLC
