New research has found one in five people in Australia want to ditch the city life and seek quieter roads and cheaper homes in the regions. The Regional Australia Institute has discovered younger people especially are attracted to the fast-tracked career growth and extensive job opportunities in regional Australia. - Nieuw onderzoek heeft uitgewezen dat een op de vijf mensen in Australië bereid is de stad te verlaten, voor meer rust en goedkopere huizen in de regio. Het Regional Australia Institute ontdekte dat vooral jongere mensen zich aangetrokken voelen tot de mogelijkheid om sneller carrière te maken en het groeiende aantal vacatures in regionaal Australië.

The Botanica Festival kicks off in Brisbane tonight. It's a festival with contemporary art and lots of lights, made by artists from across Australia. This year, for the first time, you can admire work from two international artists too. Light Lilies is a collaboration between Noa Haim and Adriaan de Man. We called Adriaan to talk about this very special project. - In Brisbane gaat vanavond het Botanica Festival van start. Een festival met hedendaagse kunst en veel lichtjes van kunstenaars uit heel Australië. Dit keer is er voor het eerst ook werk van internationale kunstenaars te bewonderen en wel uit Nederland. Light Lilies is een samenwerking tussen Noa Haim en Adriaan de Man. Wij spraken met Adriaan over dit bijzondere project.
