Originally born in Guanajuato, Mexico, Sandra lived in Tennessee for 18 years. She decided to come to Southern California to get more in touch with her roots. He eventually began to work for that teachers son, Assemblyman, then Senator, Steve Peace. Art became Senator Peace's Chief of Staff.
