Evening from Edinburgh Roifield and Lucy were joined by Sarah Douglas “Duggers” this week. Kenton’s damp nether regions were re-examined and they also made it into tweet of the week. Duggers loves the Rob storylines and regards him as her favourite character, although no-one (especially Blithe Spirit) understands the current lack of calves or Jazzer. (Roifield – “Les Revenants” is well worth watching and rarely makes sense). Maeve is better and back with us. Lucy gave voice to the way she derives pleasure from TA, Tilling and Blandings, whilst Roifield enjoys particular graphic comic book depiction of Super heroes. Dealing with aged parents is not easy – we struggled over long periods and therefore I would offer much sympathy to Ruth over Heatherpet; I am less certain that it is a plot device and more an attempt to reflect the real difficulties which can be encountered. An opening Dum Tee Dum from the excellent meetup at Cocodelic as the podcast barged on line. Lucy completed the monologue without interruption and then both hosts praised Brian’s awful offer to Adam over the farm share. It is right that Adam should share the risk, the structure, removing Adam’s salary, was frankly wrong and not the way partnership transitions work elsewhere as Andrew Horn later said. Podcast 68 hit the streets although Lucy was predicting locks of trouble ahead as she barged away in Cheshire.  Debbie was central to the action this week as she was sorting out everyone’s problems at Home Farm with consummate skill, except Lilian who seems to have vanished.  Ro.i.field listened to the very good monologue this week so heard the end of it.  Lucy admitted embarrassment by feeling some sympathy for Kate’s passionate aims. Ms Bertho was also touched by smooth diplomatic Debbie offering to fund Kate’s plans!   Lucy also wants to re-organise everyone else’s kitchens, but she was on Pedigree at the time.  Yokel Bear predicts that Brian will be unable to cope with retirement in complete contrast to Tony.  Goddess Deeva returned with a bad back, newly engaged, on drugs and said that Brian cannot be allowed to retire citing the same reasons as Yokel Bear.  Fifi Fanshawe provided a wonderful rhyme with ”50 ways to kill Kate”.  It has been very busy on Facebook with the Ambridge-English...  See

Podcast Summary – Episode 67 In less than an hour DTD covered 75 minutes of The Archers with Roifield admitting that he cannot now imagine the programme without a fucked up Kate in the village and later took to explaining mortgages which is Kosmo’s job!  Roifield also guided children on how to discuss sex with their parents whilst there was extensive acclamation for the dysfunctional family BBQ at Home Farm with Lucy asking for it to happen every week.
