Few, in that culture, see the 'church' as being that place. But as we read the history of the church in the book of Acts we see this counter cultural, revolutionary movement that totally changed the world. What we want to realize is that in God's eyes, this is still us today. Through this study we want you to know that you belong and that you have something significant to contribute to make a difference in the world.

The experience that unites followers of Christ from every nation, generation, race, and denomination is a practice called communion. It is designed so that we fully understand every one of the good things we have in Christ! But too often, we celebrate the tradition without the full meaning. Live was meant to be lived on assignment from God. We all have purpose on us. Discovery of our individual mission in life brings so much clarity. Discovery of the team we belong to and what we call share as a calling, is also so defining and compelling.

So much is happening the world. At times, it feels confusing, frustrating, and a bit dis-orienting. It’s so helpful to look at the world through the lens of Biblical truth. God gives grace, peace, and the ability to be a positive influence on the issues that are trending now.

The enemy wants to distract us and cause us to compromise on our beliefs, but if we can learn to “stand alone”, we can receive the bigger things God has in store for us. When life is out of control, we can trust that God is in control. Our only job is to stay close to our Shepherd and He will sustain, restore, protect and pursue us.

When our struggle feels like there is no end, there is always new strength to be found when we lean into God. During our struggles and crisis we can rest assured that God’s presence and peace is available to get us through.
