There is a lot of discussions when it comes to if you should pay off your house when it comes to real estate investment. I struggled with it myself when I first began to invest in Real Estate. There is no right or answer to this question. Real Estate can be a really complex thing with a lot of variables and you should be able to come up with the right solution for you, in your specific case. In that situation, you'll need to evaluate if the interest rate of your house will justify you paying off it. For example, if you are able to compensate this investment with other investment and it shows as a lucrative option, then this should be a good idea. Everything that we do causes a reaction. Our actions are always balanced by some kind of reaction. Sometimes, this reaction comes before our action and this is what we call that "everything has a price". Coming to the decision of quitting college is already a hard process. A lot of people lack self-confidence. Over and over, especially nowadays, we see more and more people complaining about all of those things, having a lot of difficulties building self-trust, self-worthiness, and self-confidence. However, there are also other types of people: who THINK that they are confident, but they really aren't. Most people build something inside them that looks more like arrogance than with confidence.
