On this week’s show we focus on the news that Zambia and Brighton midfielder Enock Mwepu has been forced to retire from football at the age of 24 because of a heart condition. We look at other players who have been affected by heart issues, including Nigeria’s Nwankwo Kanu. Also, we go to France, and speak to Zimbabwean midfielder Marshal Munetsi, who played well for Reims last weekend in a goalless draw with PSG. Munetsi tells us about life in France and on Zimbabwe’s Fifa suspension from international football. And Stuart on the EPL and confusion over how handball is working.

On this week’s show we talk about the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations being taken away from Guinea, and we ask which countries can handle a 24-team tournament. Also we look at footballers’ unions in Africa, as only 11 countries on the continent have unions, which have helped many players.We look Arsenal’s title chances, and we find out more about new Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi.
