Well folks, this is it. Season 2 begins today! I sit back and reflect on the most important aspects behind The Mentee as I search for someone to take over for Season 2. One thing I’ve learned recently is the power of building a system and then stepping away, not only to let someone else run what I’ve created, but for them to receive value out of the structure that’s already in place. The entire concept of this podcast has been to document my journey from employee to entrepreneur. But you’ve heard that since the end of 2015, that mission has been accomplished.
