  • ADHD and Minding Your Manners

    27/04/2017 Duration: 29min

In this episode of Attention Talk Radio, we interview Dr. Ari Tuckman  (http://adultADHDbook.com) about the byproduct of holding a chair for a woman to sit, minding your elders, waiting to eat until everyone at the table is seated, and waiting your turn, all as behavioral and attention exercises that help those with ADHD build self-regulation skills. There are very methodical answers that really make a lot of sense on paper but often don't help those with ADHD. • You Are Not ADHD; You Have ADHD: Down-Regulating Emotions

    30/03/2017 Duration: 32min
