Recorded live at 5 Olive Gallery in San Francisco, this 1.5-hour set was part of the opening night for Fragments of Home, an exhibit by Iranian-American artist Maryam (Maya) Tohidi. Maya’s work is a moving exploration of identity, memory, and the meaning of ‘home’ through layers of personal narrative, found objects, and the enduring symbolism of the Persian rug.
