After spending not one but two sylvan getaways battling Deadites courtesy of the Necronomicon Ex Mortis (in The Evil Dead and Evil Dead II: Dead By Dawn), S-Mart employee Ash Williams takes the ultimate unplugged vacation all the way back to the year 1300 in Medieval England. Up against time with an army of Deadites storming the castle, Ash must overcome the lack of technology and his own evil twin to get back to the future. Starring Bruce Campbell, the film was neither a commercial nor critical success, but has gone on to join the first two films as cult favorites.
