Synopsis

It was psychologist Abraham Maslow who said "A first-rate soup is more creative than a second-rate painting." That was the starting point for my blog and this podcast. More than ever the world of work is a heady mix of people, behaviour, events and challenges. When the blend is right it can be first-rate. Behavioural science has a lot to offer in terms of recipes and ingredients - welcome to People Soup.

We reflect on contributing to improvements to mental health at work and Nicky introduces the frog - which is used across the team at Soma - to help them get stuff done. Nicky also gives a glimpse of the research that Soma will be publishing soon - showing improvements across stress, sleep and well-being through use of the Kelaa app. Other links and show notes at www.rossmcintosh.co.uk
